Okay, someone educate me here. That looks like a Fiat 500 with a Renault family front end. What is it?

It's the Renault Twin Run concept. RWD, rear mid-engined, turbo V6, sequential gearbox, 320hp. The new Twingo will look a lot like it and be RWD as well (because Smart platform). It does look a bit too much like the 500 though.
