This has been posted on Bridetogantry but I wanted to share it here... That guy is quick, but he really needs to relax for good. It starts around 8m25s and get worse by the end of the video.
To help with the debate, you're not supposed to time yourself during open sessions. Or to be more precise, of course you can, but you shouldn't. This is what closed track days are for.
And also, you cannot overtake by the right. This is strictly forbidden during tourist session.

The bikes overtaking him on the straights was funny. Guess what dude, you ain't the fastest thing on the track. Deal with it.

Two hands on the wheel is a good thing. Also, depending on my mood, I do a fair amount of swearing (to myself) when doing track days, and my trash talk is pretty pathetic. I attribute it to my focus being on keeping the rubber side down and worrying about lines vs. coming up with fresh commentary as I try to chase someone down.
(Scratch that: I'm usually getting passed by people who brought twice the horsepower or more of my car.)
