So all this talk of the Eagle GT made me think...

These proper restomods/reimaginings are perfect for a DD/Track/Burn. Prepare to make some very VERY hard decisions.

First, we have the Eagle Low Drag GT:

Next, the Singer 911—the ultimate love letter to "the forever car."

Finally, I struggled to come up with something that equates to these amazing modern, yet retro machines. Then it hit me. Racecar.

I give you the Hawk HF Stratos.

I have no idea what my choice is. I want them all.
Now YOU must make the choice.

I think burn the Eagle. Don't ask about my DD and Track because it will make my head explode from to much over thinking. It was hard enough to burn the Eagle.

Easy,
DD Eagle because everyone on the road will GTFO of your way just to watch you pass them.
Track: Singer because 911
Burn: Stratos because it is Italian, so it will take care of this part for you eventually, in the meantime enjoy it frequently.

Anyone who burns any of these three... will burn themselves in the depths of automotive hell for eternity. The special hell.

Daily Drive the Porsche Singer.

Track the Jaguar Eagle Low Drag GT. That body style is supposed to be a race car, rather than a touring car, anyway. A touring car would have the standard coupe's roofline, and side hatch.

Find the Stratos a good home, it is a great car. But V6 loses to H6 and I6, and the Stratos is an iconic shape, but Jaguar E-type is the sexiest car ever built, and the Porsche 911 started a 50 year evolution that still is going today.

Stratos, as great as it is, mid-engined, bertone styled, and ferrari Dino V6-powered (although a replica might have an Alfa Romeo V6) is outgunned here, by two of the best EVAR. Short of the McLaren F1 or something, E-type and 911 don't get outgunned.
