But like I said on the fp, there is still hope for electrification. There is a video inside too, go watch it.

I just hope it's not the concept that !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , was talking about, because there is no way, that car costs $25.000, more like $35.000, and most teenage drivers can't pay 35k on a fancy electric sports car, not to mention that they can't take care of it, like a high tech EV sports car needs to be taken care of.

As much as i want to really like it... I just don't. To many weird things that don't come across as "cool"

What care and maintenance would a high tech EV sports car need?

In theory, at least from a mechanical perspective, it would be simpler than an IC engine.

Well, that's the idea, if you gonna do an electric car, go wild with it, instead of coping ice cars and adding electric power instead of the ice. Give people something different, something they can't find in regular ice cars, make a car for the people who grew up with Apple's little itoys around them, for those who instead of playing some football with their friends, were playing videogames with them, over the internet, for those who never knew how it is to have your pants pulled down, by your phone's weight, for those who never sipped Crystal Pepsi, Surge or Orbit, watching Saved by the Bell, Sweet Valley High, Ready or Not, California Dreams and other crappy teen shows.

Yes, in theory, but think how teens drive, and how many of them forget to fill up, sure you can walk a couple of miles until the nearest gas station, fill up some bottles and walk back with them, but you can't do that with electricity. Also, think how ruthless a teen's daily drive is, they won't give a damn about the relative fragility of the batteries(see the Tesla fires), or about the indicators in the dashboard, telling them the electric motor is too hot or any information about the car, they will only care about the infotainment.

I don't know of any teens forgetting to fill up.

The rest of it, I don't see how it's any worse for teens than adults.
