I've been happy enough with the look of the Rustoleum black plastic bumper paint on my !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! that I took some time this past weekend to re-black some additional areas of my car. This time, I hit the door handles, the plastic side bars, the rear bumper notch and guard, and the front cowl. I also painted both rear wheels, and replaced all three windshield wiper arms, since the tension springs on the arms I had were rusty and no longer held the wiper blades tightly against the windshield.

Here are the results:
I just have the front right wheel left to paint.
Of course, I had to use the driver's side wiper arm from a Legacy GT with the spoiler for more downforce.
By the time I got to the rear notch, the spray can was starting to sputter a bit, so the finish there isn't what I'd like, but it still looks great from 10 feet.

DAT DOWNFORCE.
Hmm, I don't think my GT had a wing on the arm. In fact, I know it didn't..... I swapped arms because the ones on my wagon were rustier.

I tried painting them to match the wheels, and the paint fisheyed really badly. So I'll have to strip, primer, and paint them.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure which Legacy that arm is for, then. Maybe the Limited?

Probably something they changed over the years. I remember a thread on SLi where someone had an Outback that had washer nozzles that sprayed in a fan, but everyone on the forum had nozzles that sprayed in 3 streams, and everyone was freaking out trying to find the fan style.
