You can't.

YT just switched to mandatory G+, and the whole commenting system is different. You cannot reply to comments posted before yesterday when they did the changeover.

Vimeo and Dailymotion are going to get a lot more popular now.

Oh, in that case. Log in with your youtube or google account, find the comment, and next to the thumbsup / thumbsdown icons there is a reply button.

The person who wrote that comment on youtube will be human, but only in the barest sense. In the same way that a plate of salt can be considered 'food'.

The ability to process language is there, but the things that make humans special - intelligence, regard for your fellow man, common sense, the ability to form coherent, curse free sentences, the ability to absorb criticism without detonating, etc., - will not be there.
