He did make a good point about localization, though.
I live in the middle of Euroland, which means that I'm (according to YT) not entitled to watch certain videos. By using a proxy that requests and forwards these contents for me, I can still access them.
But yeah, talking down ain't so bitchin', especially when you have no idea of what's happened prior to this.

On your post, I have seen this issue on a lot of peoples computers in the last few weeks, different browsers, os's. Give this a try if your on the Html 5 trial leave it. if not join it then leave it. But just from what I have tried and read, it something youtube has changed that is f'ing things up on all kinds of different devices and browsers. Most likely this is not your fault or device's fault.
