for discussions sake, imagine you were in the wheel well, and the cat were driving. Cat would be rollin out hard

But then you are much more vulnerable to scraping the underside of your car against ice, snow, frozen debris, potholes, etc.

My dog loves to pee on car tires for some reason. That seems to keep the neighborhood cats away!

I should correct my math. The number of reasons to stance your car is 0. That's a zero.

So by that logic I should get a full size pickup and lift it and I would be able to eliminate all the troublesome cats in my area.
Full disclosure. I do not hate cats. I just hate to see them killing so many songbirds and then just leaving the carcasses. I do like birds more than cats, though. That is part of the reason I feed the little birds in the late season. The other is to give the hawks something to eat.

Starting the engine doesn't scare them out? If they're still in there by the time I'm in gear, they deserve to die.*
