I made an appointment a week prior to ensure a timely and efficient service. The dealership was pleased, they said that was plenty of notice and that a loaner would be waiting for me when I drop the bug off in the bay and expect it back in no more than 2 days! I dropped the car off monday evening.
No.
I got a call last night saying they are "swamped" that I could maybe pick it up friday or monday... The loaner is 2 day only rental through enterprise and now I have to take it back and get antoher one? What? Idk....
I've never had a good dealership experiance............. Ever.
I wanna hear how great/bad your dealer experiance has been!

Sounds like your dealer is a dick and/or my dealer was extra nice to me. When I had to drop off my Dart for warranty repair, they gave me a one day rental because that's how long they expected it in the shop. That didn't pan out and they had to keep it almost a week, but they told me to keep the rental and they'd sort it through Enterprise.

Just the usual getting ignored in Mercedes and BMW garages and Audi trying to sell me an inclusive servicing package that cost more than all the services combined over 3 years. They were genuinely perplexed when I said no.
There's one mercedes garage that has consistently ignored me everytime I've been in, I've now purchased a car from a different garage. It would be quite nice to make them realise the commission they missed out on like that scene with Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.

My worst experience was on a Saturday which for some idiotic reason they have shortened hours. We were going to go look at a Jeep Commander for my wife, I called 45 minutes to an hour ahead, told them exactly which one we wanted to see and knowing that time was tight, asked them to have it ready for a test drive up front at the used car office. They said sure no problem, and that you know you're tight on time right? Yes, that's why I called ahead for the 1 vehicle you have we are interested in.
We get there, Jeep's not pulled up. All salesman are busy, finally one is free with 5 minutes left (We've been waiting for 40 minutes at this point and my wife is PISSED btw) and he said "well go find the one you wanted and we'll talk numbers." I said "I don't want to talk numbers yet, she needs to drive it and see if it's WORTH talking numbers." He proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed to test drive the vehicle until they ran my credit and talked numbers. Huge waste of an hour of our time, and driving all the way to the dealer which was about 45 away anyhow. Pissed off (and pregnant) wife, not a good day, not a good day at all. And why the F do dealers close at 3 on a Saturday?!
That was my worst sales person. I could do a whole second one about a vehicle we actually bought if you want.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. I'm pretty sure the guy just wanted to go home and didn't want to sell a Jeep that day.
OK we'll here's my sales combined with service one. ANOTHER Jeep dealer. We bought my wife's first Jeep - 05 Liberty Sport 4x4 in January...in Michigan. Salesman didn't mention the back drivers window motor was burned out (huge issue on those), seriously you didn't think we wouldn't notice the window didn't go up? It's 10 freaking degrees and it's snowing!! Next he was kind enough to pull down the spare tire cover to show me the tread on the tire, but he didn't pull it all the way down and we later found out 2 days after we bought it that the rear tire was slashed, but not the spare tire cover, which was put on by the dealer I'm really sure you guys didn't know. Then a week later another window motor burns out and they try and charge us 450 bucks to fix it. After my wife was talking very loudly in front of a bunch of other soon to be buying customers about how the car sucked and broke already they fixed it for free.
Then the fun one, there was a dent on the back. The salesman said they would fix it for us, I was mainly concerned because the paint had been chipped and it was showing bare metal. Rust was in it's future if it wasn't fixed. This was discussed and approved by the sales manager when we bought it. He'd just schedule with their body shop guy and we could get it fixed - no charge. About 3 months of calling/scheduling/cancellations(on their part) they finally booked us. The problem was they had an external guy that was coming it - it wasn't their real body shop doing it, I learned a lesson on that btw. Then I had to fight with them to get a loaner for the day. "oh we don't do that" after 3 months of waiting you're doing it today. Magically they had a connection with enterprise around the corner.
Who tried to screw me over too. They pick me up in a PT Bruiser. Bring me over to their place for paperwork I get there and the person in front of me won't drive foreign cars so the toyota they were supposed to have is out. So they give away my crappy Bruiser without asking me if it's ok. Guess who else won't drive foreign cars? (btw we're in Michigan near Detroit) and I had to go to the Ford offices for work that day, was going to be enough of a trouble to show up in a Chrysler. Had to drive all the way to a different Enterprise and they gave me a minivan. They even had the balls to say why didn't you say you wouldn't drive a Toyota when we gave away your PT? Because you assholes gave it away without asking me - it was your problem and your fault.
Oh and finally, it took 2 days to fix a dent that was 2 inches wide.

I HATE jeep libertys... Window regualtors always stop working, I had a friend die in one because of how top heavy it is, had ANOTHER family friend roll hers as well (lived thank god) and they suck in resale. Mind you it probably doesnt helpo that I ONLY buy EURO and hate with a passion anything JDM or USDM. I really hate USDM, I hate the build quality, I hate the Engine choices, I hate the styling..... I do like a select few american cars but VERY few.

Crap like that is why I walked out of a Nissan dealership several years ago and bought a Honda. I stopped in to talk about a Z, they dicked around and pissed me off, so I walked across the street and bought an S2000. To be fair, I already knew I liked the S2000 I was looking to compare the Z to decide for sure... they decided for me.
I refuse to buy from dealers who are difficult.

Yeah we bought from a different jeep dealer who we called and said we want to test drive these 5 vehicles you have on lot, they had them all lined up and waiting for us at the time of our appointment, it was great. She wanted to test drive basically the whole Jeep lineup, anything at Liberty size or bigger. So in one shot she drove a Liberty, Grand Cherokee, Commander and a 4 door Wrangler. We also drove the H3 for the hell of it because it was on lot and had low mileage (fyi - i loved that truck, mileage sucked and it was a bitch to see out of though).

Age discrimination is rampant at dealerships.
When I was first shopping for a car two years ago, I was interested in a Camaro. V6, base model, totally affordable to a newly employed rocket scientist.
First dealer I go to I'm eyeing a pair of Camaros on the used lot. I walked to the dealership from the Honda dealership where my Accord was getting an oil change and tire rotation.
Salesman walks up to me, asks how I'm doing and what I'm looking at. I say I'm great, just looking at the Camaro. Before he asks me anything about myself, my situation, my goal...he just straight up says
"Well, you're going to need to save up for a while or get your parents to co-sign if you want a Camaro"
I was floored. Did he really just say that?! I walked away, frustrated I might add. Went over to the dealership proper, started looking at Camaros again, and fortunately the dealership redeemed itself as the salesperson (a young woman) was very nice and let me take a test drive.

The Liberty was imo basically an even more top heavy wrangler because it had a full roof. bounced around like crazy, and we did all 4 windows by the time we got rid of it. Oh and it ate tires. The seats sucked too.
But my wife LOVED IT. I don't know why. The Jeep Commander, is more stable, fantastic inside (especially when compared to the Liberty), and just nicer in every way. Somehow gets better gas mileage in a bigger heavier vehicle with the same engine-3.7L V6.
There are some great USDM cars now, some have great engines in them (I won't deny there were some bad times, some very, very bad times). I only buy USDM. At times it was difficult and I had limited options, now it seems pretty plentiful, especially with everything JDM being a pile of crap these days.

I love the service department at my Lexus dealer. They've got a wonderful waiting area with soda, coffee, snacks, TV, and up to date reading materials.
Also, they've never batted an eye when I tell them I'd like a loaner rather than wait for the service to be done. They simply hand me the keys and tell me they'll call when it's ready.
It was a huge surprise to be treated so well by a dealer after I had spent the last five years dealing with my local VW dealer and gotten the worst service imaginable from them every time.

Props on the SR20 because you KNOW I was gonna say it! Haha.
He did end up denying me a test drive after I said no you can't run my credit until we drive it. He was ready to go home and had sold at least one car for the day. He didn't want to be bothered with another customer with only about 5-10 minutes before closing time. Shit salesman, we'll never be back.

Commanders are IMO a better option, 5.7l hemi? black on saddle leather? I'd drive that.

I don't have that much money, but at the time I was certainly ready to buy a car, and I did about a month later.
Then 2 years later I replaced it with another car. So dealerships turning me away for being young is mildly infuriating because clearly I'm both in a position to acquire a car and ready and willing to. Although not for a while now...

Have you checked other dealerships for Commanders? Maybe one would think it's not worth the trouble but I still would have filed a complaint at least. That treatment is not on par with the level of professionalism or customer service one should expect from a dealership.

No it's definitely not. We went to a different dealership, this was about 6 months ago. this was the result at another dealership:
Yeah we bought from a different jeep dealer who we called and said we want to test drive these 5 vehicles you have on lot, they had them all lined up and waiting for us at the time of our appointment, it was great. She wanted to test drive basically the whole Jeep lineup, anything at Liberty size or bigger. So in one shot she drove a Liberty, Grand Cherokee, Commander and a 4 door Wrangler. We also drove the H3 for the hell of it because it was on lot and had low mileage (fyi - i loved that truck, mileage sucked and it was a bitch to see out of though).
Follow up that after we found out she liked the Commander out of that lineup, they transferred a white one with less miles to that dealer location from a different dealer for us and we bought it. She loves the truck, and I hate doing oil changes on it (goddamn skid plates...)

It's remarkable how there's such a variability in dealer experiences. I deal with two separate VW dealers (my parents store my winter tires so I have them installed close to them) and both have been excellent. I get a phone call if anything unusual comes up and they go over the bill in detail before I pay anything. It's probably because service is more lucrative to them than sales so it's in their best interest to keep me coming back.

I can't stand the new Explorer. Feels like a mini-van to drive. Super long windshield slant like in minivans. Might be more fun in Sport Trim though.
Unfortunately it's a 3.7L V6 in the Commander, but she does crack into the 20s for mpg in it. The Commander can be a really cool truck, all the suspension upgrades that go on a Grand Cherokee bolt right on to the Commander and you can end up with a pretty sweet truck. If you look hard enough you get real cool accessories too.
She liked the ride height, the 4x4 and the ability to not be scared to death of some snow. It just so happened to be a Liberty that was her first try at those options. I think no matter what it was she would have loved it, she went from a 99 Mercury Tracer to a 05 Jeep Liberty. Huge change.

LOL, it was a Mazda Protege underneath. And as with any car connected to Ford Motor Company and from the 90's, the transmission went out on it, thats when we ditched it and I decided after hearing about the 360's she used to pull in the little tracer that I'd rather have her in a 4x4.
Somehow she loved that tracer too, haha, but it was her first car after all, we all have a soft spot for our first cars.
Thankfully she's finally in something not terrible.

My dealer I bought the Fiesta ST from forgot to include my apartment number on the information to Ford Credit.
My payment was a week late because I had to call and bug them about why I wasn't getting any notices of when my first payment is due. I caught it in time, but it's inexcusable.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 10:33 |

Haha, yea she loves it and I'm impressed with 1 ride quality 2 interior quality/comfort and 3 gas mileage. I can't believe she's gotten over 20 in it. It's fulltime AWD and has a 3.7L V6 that I think is rated at 18.
Also she's not shy at all with her right foot. Exact opposite.
Even worse than the skid plates is that it's a damn "remove from the top" oil filter. Who ever invented that should be shot.

YEP, I bet it had the 5.4L in it?
I looked at the 2nd gen of those a year or so ago. I was shopping F150's and was trying to get a deal on the less popular Expedition since it's the same thing as the F150 but a full body. Decided to go the gas friendly route and got a 07 Mercury Milan V6...aka ford fusion aka mazda 6. Over complicated V6 with a ton of cams in it, but its ran great for over 30k miles for me. (obnoxiously the smallest motor I've EVER owned and it takes the most oil, 6 qrts. Way to ruin ALL oil change specials!)

I still don't have much experience working on cars but that does sound like a pain in the ass.
18 is pretty respectable for a big truck and I'm guessing the tank capacity allows for long range drives.

Service at a Mercedes dealer: the ignition tumbler on my s320 had worn out and needed to be replaced. I called the shop I usually use (on a Saturday) and they said it would take a week. That won't work since I need my car for a trip the next Thursday. I cal the Mercedes dealer and they say that it will be done by Wednesday. Perfect! I take a half hour to get my ignition turned and bring it in. Monday evening they call and tell me what the problem is (ignition tumbler, exactly what I told them) and they will order the part, but they can't until tomorrow. Well crap. I figure there is no way that they will get the part from Germany to the US in time, but they ensure me they will. I get a call Wednesday morning saying that I can pick the car up by noon on Thursday. A little inconvenient, but I can make it work. As I am on my way Thursday, they tell me that they won't be able to fix it in time. Now we have to cram into a small car for this road trip. I may as well have brought it to the damn indy in the first place. They did call me and offer an E350 rental until my car was fixed, (which was the next Wednesday). I was already on the way so I couldn't use it. Their prices were also more in line with what my indy was charging that I expected.

It was the same way on her last jeep, tho the skid plates weren't in the way of the oil drain plug on that one.
My first truck, 88 S10 Blazer had the remove from the top oil filter too so I'm used to it but it still pisses me off. It pretty much guarantees spilling oil. To the point that Jeep knew it was going to happen and has a little catch tray with a path that leads out under the truck so you can set a drain pan under there. How about you a-holes just relocate the oil filter!
Oh and we can do about 350-400 miles on the highway. and with cruise set she really can get the 20 mpg.

I'm done with dealer service departments as of last month. D-O-N-E, done!
My cars always get worked on at home, but the wife has used dealer service and never has a good time. I decided to do the oil on her CX-7 last month and not surprisingly about half the bolts were missing from the plastic undercarriage shield same as when I had a 3S that I took to dealer service, and her oil filter was obviously installed without any oil on the gasket (pretty safe assumption when half the gasket stays with the car) and I'm safe to assume they didn't fill the filter with oil either. If the dealer can't be bothered to put all the parts back into the car and follow some basic protocol for a simple (high margin) oil change, what else are they going to screw up?
Add in all the rescheduled appointments, a bad email notification system, and ridiculous markups for simple maintenance and I'm going to get a lot of use out of the ramps in my garage! And don't even get me started on dealing with their salespeople - if Amazon.com sold cars I'd never set foot in a dealership again.

The dealership model has to end or they really need to redo the entire experience. I hate going to a dealership to look at cars that I might buy. I just want to look at it, sit in it, open things, and fiddle with everything. If I'm going to drop 25-30k on a car I want to be happy with it. Don't pressure me, don't talk to me, If I have a questions I will ask it. If you don't know how to answer it correctly either google it(because some car blog has the answer) or find someone else that can answer it for me.
Then comes the financing.... again, don't bother talking to me about it because I am financing through my credit union, which you don't know, and will be bringing cash. Don't try and sell me on the $200 valve stems or try and screw me on "doc fees"..because I know it doesn't cost $800 to have forms notarized.
Treat me like a customer that just wants answers and not barrage me with crap.

I have an appointment wit MINI on the 13th regarding some rust that has formed on my hatch. The car has a 12 year corrosion warranty so I am going to get them to fix it. But first they have to "inspect the car"...uhhhhh There be rust when there should not be rust, you fix it.
But they are giving me a loaner, lets see how that goes down. IF I do get a decent loaner, expect an oppo review

A good friend wanted to trade her silver BMW E46 coupe 330ci for another BMW younger coupe and went looking at the BMW dealership, found a nice blue E46 330ci. They offered a reasonable part-exchange on the old one, which left an outstanding balance of just over GBP£6,000 to pay, she wanted to pay cash and they wouldn't accept it and kept insisting she take out finance, would she didn't need or want so she left went across the road to an Audi dealership that had a very similar BMW tooked down to one side with a few others behind the Audis, they offered her £500 more than BMW for her trade in, she paid the balance in cash and was told the car will be ready to be picked up in four days and exchanged for her old one. She then went back to BMW and said she'd just bought another BMW and if they thought she'd bring it to them to be serviced they better think again.
The really annoying thing with dealerships is pushing extras like Diamond Brite or similar paint protection, not don't get me wrong it's quite good stuff WHEN applied correctly and many dealerships don't give the valeter the time it needs to be applied and so the paint hasn't properly been prepared and cleansed for the product so the product bonds to the contaminants, ie oils, polish residue, etc... and the life of the product is almost a non start. Not to mention they charge £300 for the product which you can buy of ebay for £20. Just a big rip off.

Here in Madison, WI it's too small of a town for the dealers to act like stereotypical car dealers. Well, new car dealers part of Madison-based dealer groups are much less old-school salesy than dealers part of Milwaukee-based dealer groups. I had very good buying experiences this summer with the BMW and Honda dealers part of the same Madison-based dealer group. The dealers part of Milwaukee-based groups are noticeably more aggressive.
I've also noticed that when I roll up in my BMW to any dealership that's not some other luxury brand, I've got sales people all over me like flies on you-know-what. I test drove a used 4Runner at a Honda dealer part of a Milwaukee-based chain. There were like 5 different sales guys trying to greet me at once.
The worst though, is a local chain of used car "superstores" that tries super hard to close you no matter what. I've test driven a couple cars there over the years and even telling them "I'm just doing my research, there's no way I'm buying a car today" still results in them bringing the manager over to ask WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO GET YOU INTO THIS CAR TODAY???
The Mazda dealer in Chicago where I bought my previous car (Mazdaspeed 6) however, was terrible. I was pre-approved for financing and the price was mostly already agreed upon before I made the trip down. What should have been a quick test drive, trade appraisal & look-see if they could beat my pre-approved financing ended up taking 4 hours.

For myself, ordering a new Skoda was a doddle. Walked into the Skoda dealership, told them what we wanted (had already got in mind what extras we wanted and needed, but the car had most already), engine, colour and the few extras we wanted/needed. The women filled out the form and went away with our driving licence and credit card, she came back after getting photocopies and told us she will be in touch with a build date in the next couple of days, we said we don't want it for 11 weeks as family were going to spend a month in Spain, back in the U.K. for a week and a half for christmas and then out to Tunisia for a month, the day after coming back we got a call to say the car was ready. I'd told them not to touch the car other than to de-wax it, de-stcker it and inspect it, I'd wash and detail the car when we got it home and all went smoothly other than the original sales woman had left prior to the car arriving so they phoned to check details with us and that was it and I picked out a licence plate from what the DVLA had issued them for that period. There are a few scare stories about how they are with customer service on parts and servicing but there are two other Skoda dealerships in a 20 mile ringe of our house so, it'll all be good.

the 5.4l was a tank yes but it had the infamous ball joint squeek, heater core blew up and sprayed antifreeze all over my face through the vents, coil packs went bad twice? like what? and it ate the tires. Like literally wore the inside to the belt after 15k miles, I replaced the whole front end, alignmets out the ass and still no solution. I still have it and she still runs.

Unfortunately I don't think you'll ever get Skoda or it's sister company Seat for that matter. They are, or mean't to be anyway, the entry level to buying a VW or Audi, but many are seeing them as VWs and Audis for non VW/ Audi money. I mean which would you have a Skoda Superb II estate/wagon 2.0TDi 140ps DSG for GBP£22,920/USD$36,853 or the same engine and gearbox built on the same VW PQ35 platform for the VW Passat estate/wagon GBP£25,335/USD$40,736?

Good to hear the 5.4 was good to you. Sounds like people have a good one...or a bad one with exploding spark plugs.
Geez to the antifreeze in the car, that sounds like a lawsuit to ford.

Things went a little odd after that though, she then went for a Mazda RX8 and now has a Vauxhall/Opel Insignia VXR, but she's happy and I get to clean it for her whilst she provides the beers. :)

its 98 with 200k miles.... Ford wont bat an eye at me,
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:12 |

wow thats pricey...... VW is cheaper than that here for a similar car.

She sounds awesome! If I was into girls, I'd date her! LOL

Probably true unfortunately.
"Hey Ford your truck sprayed me with antifreeze" "Have you seen our 2014 model Expeditions?"
I imagine that's how the conversation would go. Sounds like it was a work horse for you though. I wish I had the gas money to have been able to justify a truck because I wanted one terribly. Test drove the F150 and fell in love with it, that was a poor decision to test drive lol. The last gen Explorer disappointed me (I buy used) especially because I was trading in a Chevy Blazer. The Explorer had less power, the same gas mileage, and less features. I sadly started looking at sedans, which I wanted a Lincoln MKZ or Ford Fusion Sport because 3.5L V6 but couldn't get one in range so I got a Milan V6 (3.0 with a ridiculous amount of cams - 4). It's shockingly fun to drive.

The price from country to country will depend quite heavily or the tax structure within a given country though. To give you an idea of just how little the difference is on the car but quite a difference on price here's a test of the two alongside each other. http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/reviews/l…

She has been great, drive her during winter months because 4wd.
Milans arent bad I guess, hoonable, at least its not a sable or 500. Those things with the CVT? yea no thanks.

If you were into girls you couldn't handle her, if your into boys chances are you still couldn't handle her. Lol. (oh did I mention she's VERY limber and very attractive). :)

lol, ha ha ha! She sounds like a good one though. Bestfriend material!
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:22 |

Ye', she's a good friend. Bit of a nutter when she's had a few drinks but a great lass with it.

haha, well i just noticed your user name and laughed my ass off.

Oh man it made it hard to shop 06-09 Ford cars because of that god damn CVT It was in the 500/Taurus and Montego (god i hate them SOO MUCH for ruining the good name of my classic car with that POS) and sable.
It was also in the Taurus X little SUV thing which looked great until I found out about the damn CVT in it. Then it was off the list quick. The focus from that gen was tiny/crappy. So my option was fusion/Milan/MKZ. Milan was a steal of a deal so I had to take it.

Ye', I find detailing cars therapheutic, six-eight hours cleaning, polishing and sealing a car. I don't charge but open to the occassional beer or two. I wouldn't do it as a job, but it's a great way to shut out the world and get to know the car's form. Yep, very sad I know. Lol.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:29 |

Yea, I liked the sables look, the AWD anf the xenons/LED tail lights but the CVT killed me. I know those cars (500/taurus/sable) have great power and better than normal for Fordmoco build quality.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:31 |

I agree 100%
My bestfriend owns a detailing company and he makes great money from it. I would pursue that as a career!

Where I live is a small city, fifty miles from the next nearest city and many people are happy with a $10 wash. It's my therapy and an ascape from the crazy world we live it. Plus the looks on my mates faces when it's done is awesome. One guy just keeps stroking his car as the sealant leaves the body so slick, it's almost sensual running your hands over it.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:48 |
|
Yep, all they had to do was swap out the CVT and I would have been interested, I probably even would have bought one.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:54 |

ugh. well now you have me looking at domestic cars..... never htought I'd see the day.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 13:55 |

lol that last part reminds me of "my strange addictions" when that guy is in a relationship with his car.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 14:11 |

Wow wow wow, nothing like that. Just that the sealant leaves a very tactile coating. I'm very much aware that a car is an inanimate object. Lol.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 14:35 |
|
lol its a joke!
![]() 11/06/2013 at 14:37 |

BWAHAHAHA!
It's what I do. There are some great domestic cars if you know which ones to look at. what style are you looking for?
![]() 11/06/2013 at 14:42 |

Lol. I know. :) Just clarifying for any others who maybe reading. As a precaution. Lol.

I like the Caddy ATS, Fiesta ST and the new generation GM SUVs
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:06 |

gotchaaaaaaaaaaaaa :)
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:19 |

Many of my friends think it's crazy that I like doing it, but they soon start trying to talk me out of it if I say I'm going to stop. What's your therapy?
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:20 |
|
Driving on scenic roads, windows down, a cigarette & loud music.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:22 |
|
That's a hell of a good list. Don't forget the Focus ST if you're looking at ST's. Helps that I pass the plant they are built in daily...
I'm hoping to drive the Milan to about 200k miles and be able to afford an ATS by then, assuming I don't move back towards something with 4x4. Though the ATS DOES have AWD...
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:25 |

I just bought my Beetle as my DD, I'm leaning SUV or something sporty as the second car.
![]() 11/06/2013 at 15:27 |

Sounds a much cheaper therapy than mine.

What are we thinking budgetary wise?
![]() 11/06/2013 at 16:16 |
|
Well for the SUV I think I'd buy a 2015 Denali so no more than 65k
But then my old euro self wants a Touareg TDI or a Diesel MB GL
![]() 11/06/2013 at 16:17 |
|
OK so plenty of budget.
Why not Raptor?
![]() 11/06/2013 at 16:17 |

hahaha depends on how much gas (petrol) I use!
![]() 11/06/2013 at 16:18 |

I want something luxury, I got the Expedition for hauling. only has the two front seats in it hahaa.

So true. I'll stop holding you back from what your doing or what you should be doing. :) . Was good talking to you, have a great evening ahead and take care.

Alright then, could always go King Ranch in a Ford, but I don't want to take you away form the Denali, they look nice. Personally I prefer the Sierra to the Yukon though, Something about the truck bed style makes it look more aggressive.
