It's very low for a 1995. My neighbor (2nd owner bought it in 95, 1st owner was a Ford dealer's son) bought it with the intention of going back to his trade business (electrican).
That didn't happen, so it stayed parked most of the time.

Close, but no. The digital odometer instrument cluster was in the 1992-1996 F-150.
