Why do "we" think they're older? Because bias ply? Bias ply tires are/have been much more common in the drag world than on regular consumer passenger cars. And Center Line was founded in '70, so they can't be all that ancient.

But, I'm no expert. For all I know, they could've made them in '70 only, or they could've been stamped that way well into the '90s.
