This was spotted at SEMA and I want to find out more. AWD, open-wheel hot rod running slicks!? What's under the hood (something V8 I count)? What transaxle is that? Anybody have details on this build? (From !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ).

I love the idea of a 4wd hot rod, especially with slicks. That thing would snap necks...literally since it doesn't have headrests.

No kidding! I always cringe watching some of the classic race cars run with those low seats and a lap belt. If you get in a crash, you are probably going to die.

My first thought was that it might be a heavily modified Factory Five '33 Hot Rod Kit
https://www.factoryfive.com/galleries/33-h…
They use Ford V-8s so I could easily see maybe doing something using 4WD parts from an explorer or something.

Nothing special, just a 750 HP 4wd hot rod on 4 sprint car racing slicks...you know.....everyday stuff

Nope, it's Fuller's. And Factory Five uses fiberglass.

No problem, he talked about this car a while ago in Hot Rod . He is a fucking genius.

It seems to be a 900hp AWD Hot Rod. Taken from the builders website:

Why is it making King Crimson face at me?

Every time I see Fuller he seems like a good guy, and the fact that he used a Boss 429 in a 4wd hot rod pretty much confirms it.

Yep

Ha! Now that I saw the photo on Stancenation.com, I see that the FullerHotRods.com sign at the front had since fallen over.

According to one of the sites, it uses quick change difs front and rear.

And the nose is butt ugly on the F5 IMO.
