Why not start a company, take out the 100 million Euro loan through bond issues, and let it be a public toll facility, like it is now?

I have no doubt it will be purchased. At this point the automakers cannot live without it. They have heavily invested their reputations on the Ring for certain.

There is mention of safety with regard to "civilians" using the track. I would love to drive it, but I'm not certain I would drive my own car on it.

I've driven the Nürburgring and I do believe there are some safety concerns that should be addressed. But nothing that should shut the track down to the public, or deter me from driving on it again.

Would that mean we could give Jalopnik exclusive story access to all the preproduction cars that test on it?
And give /Drive and Chris Harris unlimited filming access on it?
