No, not the next generation Prius you sleepy fools, but it will be as innovative as the Prius once was. It will run on hydrogen. In a Toyota dealership near you. From 2015.
However, I do think that it should get the Prius name. Why? Toyota has begun hybridization of it's regular cars, so a Prius doesn't look so innovative next to a hybrid Corolla or Camry, that has the same power system. On the other hand, this gets high marks for innovation right from the start, as it will be the first mass produced hydrogen car, and the Model T of the 21st century. There, I said it, don't look at me like that.

Around 2015 , in Toyota's words.
50 grand(price estimated by Toyota, will probably cost a bit more or less), 310 miles on a tank, and a bit over 130hp. Not a rocket, but the Model T wasn't one either.

A tank of what? Compressed gas/liquid hydrogen?

I think they will use liquified hydrogen, as you can store more of it, than in it's gas form, if I remember right.

That's correct, but liquified hydrogen must be under -423 degrees F. I hope the FCV comes with a fridge.
