Looking at the vid itself, I see a really flat decklid. Could be, assuming these were sold wherever this happened.

I think it's a CL. The window ends in a pointier point above the rear wheel, and the line running from the trunk lid to right behind the rear wheel is the same shape. Also, the car in the picture appears to have 2 doors, and the rear window is tall enough to be the CL

I think this is right. The only thing I can't figure out is why isn't the black trim piece between the exhausts black? I've never seen it body colored.

It's only black on the sport-package models. I have an auto art model on my desk of the regular (non sport package) CL, and it appears the same way as the one in the video. The pic I put above is the sport package.
