As part of a merger, company policy is changing and IT will begin to track internet usage. I'm going to see how long I can keep checking Oppo.

You should figure out what they're actually tracking, do any open tabs count? If so just keep a million open tabs open including work related things and be like, "Oh I never close my tabs"
