I'm getting mad because I do remember this !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but the name sits in a blank spot of my memory... I thought it was a special model by the Italian Ghia... but no... it's indeed a rare Fiat 850 Coupé by the less renowned Carrozzeria Moretti (Moretti Coachbuilding Company), that in the 60s was specialized in making sporty (looking) version of the small utility cars by FIAT. Really, I couldn't go to bed with that unanswered question. Here are two more pics:

P.S. It took half an hour, but I swear I found it by myself. Anyway, thanks and Bravo! to all the other guessers!

well, those are Fiat wheels and the front says "Fiat _____" and it looks exactly like a Fiat Dino Spider, only with a roof and no grill.
And I'm still not finding what it is, exactly.
EDIT: it's a Fiat 850 Moretti.
