Welp, I'd say that this was the biggest and probably the best C&C so far. Saw some really cool cars! There was a yellow IS300 for sale (manual, cloth seats, which is kinda rare) for 5 grand, and my friend needs a car with a 5 grand max budget. I'd say that's a good choice for him. Anyway, here are some pics.
