She needs tints and wheels. I was looking into American Racing wheels and I'd probably throw Potenzas on them. Eventually, maybe, I'd like to do CAI, exhaust, strut bar, maybe a short throw kit, and a few other things.

Those are really nice looking cars. Is yours black or dark blue? Hard to tell on my phone.

Do you have the 1.4T?

I have the 1.4 and 6MT. I'm still getting used to driving stick every day so I haven't done much back road driving but my initial impressions are pretty positive. As far as serious driving goes I only have my Focus to really compare to it. It rolls alot less than my Focus and feels more refined with far less up and down movement, but I was very confident in my Focus after 3 years and 70k so it'll take a bit before I'm at that point with this. The Kumho low rolling resistance tires don't help either, but that's easy enough to fix down thw road.

I did, we got rid of it in favor of a Mazda3. But we had it for nearly a year and a half.

Looking good Dodge brother! Just washed mine today and snapped a few pics:

Kinja'd!!!

As far as your mods go, I would start with the short throw (does Hurst make one for the Dart or is it MOPAR only?) and probably end with wheels/tires when you need new tires. Not sure about the Dart, but on the Challengers the air intake is very efficient and you only see minuscule gains from a CAI so not really a good bang for the buck mod.

First thing I did was tints (South Florida so a necessity) then exhaust (Flowmaster American Thunder) then Hurst Short Throw (favorite mod so far, the shifting is so much more precise, but it is loud as hell, the shifter is so tight that it acts like a huge tuning fork sending transmission vibrations into the cabin) put a front strut tower brace in at the same time as the Hurst too, markedly improved handling. I'm holding off on wheels/tires until I wear these out, same with the brakes.

Enjoy the Dart! How do you like it? I was thinking it might be an option for my wife's next car, I would get her something like mine but 15MPGs on her commute would cost more in gas then in car payments!

Chrysler's infotainment system is one of best and easiest to use in the business. I really dig the one in my mom's Chrysler 300.

I like it alot so far. I have the 1.4T with a 6 speed stick and aside from a lack of low end torque it's a good car.

Your Chally is nice looking. I'd pefer Plum Crazy, Header Orange, or Granite Crystal but I love the Classic package. I love the wheels on yours too, I wouldn't change them.

Is that the 1.4 turbo? My buddy has a 1.4T model and let me drive it around a few months ago. Surprisingly quick, I really enjoyed it.

This is my current neon, but it's been broken for a few months. Mild restoration soon.

Yep, 1.4T and 6MT. It feels pretty fast when you're on the boost.

I like Neons. They're underappreciated as far as cheap, tossable cars go. My friend has a 2nd gen R/T 5MT and it's a pretty nice little car. I went from NY to Pennsylvania and back in a 3-speed auto 2000 Neon, and we kinda bonded on that trip so I have a soft spot for them.

Ah that's cool, I always wanted to pick up a 2gn R/T. I actually had a 2001 ACR for a few months that had a bad motor I was going to rebuild, but I ended up parting it out instead of fixing it. I've had 8 of the stupid things at this point, currently have my green one and an 04 I'm parting out.

Sorry to hear about the trip in the 2000 auto, bet that could have been boring lol.

Hopefully if things work out, I'll be able to pick up a dart in the next year or two.

Kinja'd!!!0

So safe to say you're a Mopar/Neon fan? Lol

Oh it was definitely boring as far as the actual driving, but I went with my friend for work to pick up a 2500 from another dealer so it was pretty interesting.

I'd definitely recommend the Dart. I was harsh on them when we started getting them in even though I liked our red Rallye 1.4T 6MT launch car, but I always said my 2010 Focus was a better car but now that I have one I realize I was wrong and the "faults" I thought it had don't bother mw.

Lol you could say I'm a mopar fan. Currently I also have an 89 Plymouth reliant and a 93 Plymouth voyager with a 4 cylinder and a 5 speed which I plan on SRT swapping over the winter. There's also the 90 15 passenger dodge ram van that used to be owned by a church lol.

If you get a chance next summer you should try to come out to Chryslers at Carlisle. I've been going since 2008 and hanging with the 2gn.org guys. Always a great time.
