I have to go to a "driver retraining" course or I will lose my license. What awful offenses caused the state to see my driving as a threat? It was 1 small accident, 1 single week over due registration renewal and 1 over due inspection sticker ...over the course of a year. Oh well as I should be asleep now here is the Dreamworks e24 ring racer to terrify your dreams.
the original youtube video is now private so !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is a link to it on a fake youtube

Nah, I've been up since six and think it's a fine time to be up; enjoy the mornings, sir! Sorry about having to go to your class though, that seems pretty crappy.

Oooh I had to do that. Had two 'major' offenses for which they pulled my license for 30 days many years ago. One major was 3 speeding tickets within a year. The second major was 5 speeding tickets within 5 years. The crappy thing about the 5-in-5 was that they busted me for it many years after I stopped driving like a dingbat. The NH state DOT decided to send all of their data to the MA DOT and suddenly MA was like - ding ding ding you had 5 within 5 years. I'm like "I haven't had a ticket in over 3 years, what are you talking about?" They are like "Oh that ticket you had in NH 8 years ago? Yeah that dropped you into the 5-in-5 rule. Sorry, 30 days.
So I had to go take their "driver safety" class (classroom setting, not driving). A friend who also lost his license at a similar time submitted for the class at the same time as me, so at least I had somebody in the class to laugh with. The most hilarious part was when they went around the room asking people why they were here (voluntary of course). The gangsta kid in the 5.0 Mustang who tried to outrun the cops on the mass pike was absolutely fucking hilarious. I think he might have embellished his story a bit for the class though.
When class was over, I pulled out of the university parking lot sideways, leaving nice squiggly posi tracks... I've learned a lot since then.
