Lots of police air and ground activity around LAX. No cars being allowed to the terminal. Arrivals and departures still operating. Nothing on local news. I'll update if I learn something. EDIT: Terminal 3 being evacuated. EDIT: KCBS reporting gunshots in terminal 3. EDIT: Several news helicopters on the scene, and I think flight operations have halted; haven't seen a plane take off or land in a while. EDIT: Arrivals being allowed to land; all other aircraft being taxied to parking. Looks like a full ground stop. EDIT: Just saw two planes take off from the south departure runway; guess not a full ground stop anymore.

The report I am watching they are saying it's in the terminal, which is past security. It may change, but if it's true, that's pretty absurd... unless it was some TSA guy who went mental.
