I think the Ford GT just needs more "angry" or "mean"-ness to it. It looks too much like a typical street car. If you've ever seen a Ford GT and a GT40 next to each other it'd be easier to understand. The GT40 just looks like it was bred for racing with its low ride height and body shape. Whereas the Ford GT looks a bit too refined and tuned for the street in my opinion. I'd definitely have to lower it and throw a splitter and a diffuser on it. Like I'll ever own one anyways lol.

I have come across several Ford GT but no GT40's yet and I really cant see what you mean it needs to be angrier

Well, let's look at it this way. All of the Ford GTs you posted have aero mods and quite a bit of suspension work done to them to give the aggressive look. But the one GT40 you posted was the original design, because it's just simply gorgeous the way it is.

So I think there was some subconscious in there that made you more favored to the modded Ford GTs versus their stock variants.

Fail on my part. You get my point though. I'd buy a Ford GT either way if I could, but give me something that looks like the full race-specs above and I'd be a lot more giddy.

I'll keep the GT40 original though.

While fishing, you caught a wild Jevans. You used Rev followed by afterfire. It's super effective. Wild Jevans faints.

I mean its Gateway Motorsports Park. they have the old Nascar Oval with a small road track inside of it but its too small for super cars

Yeah and the only other alternative is Heartland Park. But be prepared to make a bit of a drive and to have one day out of the year to go unless you do a club race.

Exactly, but my Garage is this consist 1973 Gran Torino Sport, 2011 Mustang GT, and 2008 Mustang V6. So the only thing I could track would be the GT or V6

Would be a lot of fun with the GT. Even bone stock.

I ran my '08 GT at Heartland Park a few times and had a blast. I would easily do it again if it wasn't for the distance, and the hope that nothing breaks if you plan to drive the car back home.

Ya the 2008 V6 has VERY light mods true dual exhaust from FRPP and a CAI from FRPP and a tune from bamma so its a quick little DD I have that could survive around the track

Plus it's lighter than the GT, only if slightly. So it may be the easiest to toss around a track at first. I've wanted to buy something super light like a Miata and take it there just to see the difference of power versus lightweight.
