Those are some of the sweetest looking wheels I've ever seen. Right up there with the wheels on the new 991 GT3.

17x9 with 255 width tires is the hot setup for SCCA's STR class on the S2000.

I LOVE the S2000 CR. A colleague of mine had one and drove it to the office and back, that's it. Highway miles. So, after a few years he'd racked up a few miles on it, but they were only the much fabled "highway miles". No abuse, easy cruising, still ran, looked, felt, sounded, everything... like new. I *begged* him that if he were ever going to rid himself of that horribly burden that he bore, I wanted first right of refusal on it. "No problem" , he says.

So, rewind a few months back into this summer and he rolls into work in a Ford, F350 Super Duty. Long bed, four doors, 4x4. Oh, and it goes without a mention, diesel. Why? Because diesel of course. We both live a few miles from each other and we both drive about 25 miles each way to the same office building, to offices just down the hall from each other. Unfortunately, car pooling isn't an option because of our jobs we need to go separate ways during the day, etc.... just need two cars. Getting and leaving work is only a small slice of the pie every day.

You already know where this is going but I'll spell it out anyway. So, Ron, nice truck ( it really is, but I digress ), where's the Honda? "Well, you see, I left a message with your service but I didn't hear back soooo.....", and instantly, I was

RAGE MAN! ARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH.............................................

That was, naturally, all internal because we've been friends for 20 some-odd years, we're business partners, blah blah blah. But, ARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHH . Anyway, I figured all couldn't be lost, one call to the dealer and.... ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH ......................... It was long gone.

Effffff. Emmmmmm. Elllllllllll.

17x9 would usually require some fender rolling if lowered on an S2000. I had 17x9 TE37s on mine when I had my S2000.

The one pictured has fender extensions.

Not on ze FR-S. This size should fit no problems, my friend did it with his RPF1s.

noted. I just thought it was getting installed on an S2000 according to the pictures. The FRS does have a huge wheel well.
