I have one for the above photo. After this burnout to heat up the drag radials for the run, the car lined up, cut a good light, and promptly decided it didn't want the left rear axle anymore as it walked out from the axle tube. The driver was smart enough to realize something was amiss and quick enough to bring the car to a halt without doing any damage to anything else.

Well, to be honest, not everybody liked those to begin with.

Too little content spamming the page and pushing down real posts far too quickly. Oppo is about more than just a picture and a one syllable headline.

This. Sometimes it's ok if they come naturally. When people start suggesting it every day it becomes a grind.

That's a fair assessment.

I think the green car thread posted earlier (and the brown one too) hit it nicely. One thread replete with contributions from numerous people.

That's the point! They are like nicknames or baits (the oppo equivalent of those). You can't start them on your own.
