I have no idea. What I do know is that date of manufacture on a 1990 car is 2 years or less away from 25 years ago...

BOOM "The importer, if other than the National Museum of History and Technology, Smithsonian Institution, shall also provide a copy of the Determination Letter from the Internal Revenue Service approving the importers status as a taxexempt corporation or foundation under section 501(c)(3) or section 509, respectively, of the Internal Revenue Code.
