I'm conflicted, I have no idea if this is the most bad ass paint ever on an M1, or I hate it. Ok ok, I take that back, M-Livery is the most bad ass, but is this second or last?

Also, what is an AHG post-production model. It says that the last 10 bodies were sent to AHG for basically different valances. Does this make it a "real" M1. Was the correct straight six used? Was it built by BMW and partially re-assembled by AHG? Who the hell is AHG? And at $373K, (250K euros) is this about on target for an M1 or do they go for more or less?
Last question: NPOCP, and remember what you are getting here, not if YOU would pay it, which I know most of you can't, but affluent people, such as my self, seek investing advice from car enthusiasts that only enjoy Manual, shooting brake, Diesel swapped Miatas that weigh under 1,700 lbs.

I'd say the paint makes it "last", but I understand that the 70s conversion van paint may have been avant garde when the car was new. Maybe there's some subculture out there that considers this car their unicorn, but I don't know of one off the top of my head.
