How long have your tires lasted?

Obviously this depends on so many different parameters (tire compound, temperature, driving style, etc.) but since the dealer has recommended tire replacement on my Golf of 76,000 km, I'm curious to know about others. Tires are stock Contis, and I drive maybe 4000 km / year on snows so the actual mileage on the stock tires is far less than 76k.

I've got about 52K miles on my Pirelli P6 Four Seasons. They will be replaced before winter hits.

Well, on my 1973 Gran Torino they are 10 years old....BUT the car wasn't driving like at all during that time, only around the block to make it keep running and what not. I had them inspected and they passed and the Tech there was no dry rot!

Advan A048 rear (Lotus Elise) - 4000 miles, one track day.

Potenza RE050a (RX8) - Looking to be about 10,000 miles

BFG traction TA (corolla) - 40k miles

Goodyear Wrangler (Explorer) - 60k miles

BFG M+T (Wrangler) - 70k miles

So, just like you said, it depends a lot.

I clocked 40k miles on my Kumho Ecsta installed on my 06 G35x, have been driven year round. I recently did the Abe Lincoln test, so far my tire thread still has the right depth, but I figured I'll do my tire replacement in a few months.

Hmm... summer tyres last about 32,000 km at the front and lets say 48-50k at the rear.. Winter tyres last much longer. I've got 7 months on summer tyres and 5 on winter tyres pr year. But I drive rather hard.. tyres are 195/50 - 15 yokohamas of some sort..

Mine have 14,000 miles on them and are going to have to be replaced because they are 5 years old and have spent most of that life sitting about, not through wear. I'm not a high mileage driver, but my car can't have actually gone anywhere before I got my hands on it.

I used to autocross a 4 door 88 Tempo (don't laugh) it was lowered about 2 inches in the front and 4 inches in the rear.....a set of tires would last less than a weekend.

I clocked 30k miles on my Hankook on my Ralliart. Why so low? idk, probably just the way I drive. My dad has only clocked 20k per set of tires on the Mustang. Pirelli's are expensive yo.
