They rarely come down from the trees and they are nocturnal but I found two on my lawn yesterday. They stand out against the green.

Those are waaaaaay bigger than the tree frogs we get around here. I'm talking ones that are maybe an inch long when fully grown.

My son had a blast with them. I actually found them quite far apart.

I was mowing the lawn and my son comes up to me and tells me the frogs wanted to go home so he put them in the woods next to a tree. He's 3 and we've been trying to instill empathy for all the frogs, snakes and etc we catch. Seems to be working.

Yeah we have those also. They like to climb on our windows. You might have some of these guys around they have a huge range.

Shh, it'll be alright just don't look directly at it. They interrupt that as a challenge,

Bumpy skin, non-bulgy eyes proclivity towards using warp points and hypnosis. Definitely toads mang.

We're more awash in toads both large and small, and have some leopard frogs and bullfrogs. Large tree frogs, I'm not so sure.
