GT6 is right around the corner, which real life circuits would you like to see in the game?

For a list of circuits that have been confirmed so far, see this: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

The great thing they have announced about GT6 is that we'll see more circuits in the future through DLC's. This really opens to the fact that they can create circuits based on what the fans want.

For the record, here are my five (that haven't been confirmed):

1) Imola
2) Rudskogen (my home circuit, I think it's a great FIA Grade 2 circuit with lots of elevation changes)
3) Potrero de los Funes Circuit (arguably most beautiful circuit in the world)
4) Road Atlanta
5) Bilster Berg

So, where do you want to race? Please do leave pictures and suggest lesser-known circuits!

Probably a little lesser known, but Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, UT is one of my favorites. 4.5 Mile, 23 Turns, and a 3500ft straight, lots of fun!

They should drop Willow Springs for...anything else, really. I never heard of it until I read that Wikipedia article. It may be a good track, but there's a whole list of more well known tracks in the US. VIR, Road America, Mid-Ohio, Road Atlanta, Sebring, Lime Rock Park, COTA. Hell, maybe a street course like Long Beach or Bell Island. Why did they go for the Robeling Road or the Carolina Motorsports Park of the west coast?

This is one of my thougts, I actually wrote it down but swapped it out in favor of one of my other circuits. Lots of great circuits out there. Scenery is great too!

Fame shouldn't decide wether or not it gets put in. The circuit in itself should decide. By your logic all the big boring Tilkedromes should be in the game because F1 bisits them. No thank you.

But yeah, I would love to see Road Atlanta, VIR, Mid-Ohio, Mosport, Sebring, and Monticello in the future.

Nice selection. But dude, Stelvio is over rated...

I'd say that it's very well known, as much as any of the tracks you've listed (excluding Sebring). It might not host many (any?) well-known race events, but it's very recognizable. Due to its proximity to L.A., it's probably the most-filmed track in the U.S. Countless TV ads and tons of TV shows have been filmed there.

A real autocross track, and a real autocross track editor .

A recreation of the Pescara Circuit, what used to be the world's longest circuit located in Italy (much larger than the Nurburgring Nordschliefe in Germany). 3 long straights capable of reaching maximum speed, and it suddenly hits a mountainous pass. F1 used to be held in this course.

Kinja'd!!!

I am more into the fictional side but knowing the team behind Gran Turismo recreating a Swiss trekking route which is Eiger Norwand, I'd love to see more courses set in barren lands like the natural surroundings and the famous Sea of Sand of Mount Bromo, the dykes of the Netherlands that run through the middle of the ocean, Lapland in the snow, and Sepang.

YES! I forgot about GT5s editor. If that's in GT6 there needs to be autocross!

Time no object, I'd like Monaco, before the FIA got their Health and Safety mits on it.

Silverstone

A1 (Now Red Bull) Ring - ALL the versions, from '60's to present, like Fuji did (missing out the original layout, which for another day, I'd also really like to see!)

Circuit Gilles Villeneuve

Hockenheim. Again, all the versions. I want to thrash a Group C car through those forests again!

The GT5 editor was kind of a joke. If they gave you an editor where you could input the length and width of the parking lot and then drop in as many cones as you wanted in whatever crazy configuration you wanted, that would be golden.

Monaco is already there although it's a really poor version.

I'm definately into the idea of more road rally circuits.

As stated, I'd like to see the OLD version of Monaco, before the sea-side chicane was changed for example.

A poor vid, I can't find a real one though:

I'd love to have some drafting battles on the old Monza. I want Complex String II back, actually alot of the older original tracks should comeback.

Would be a good idea, plus it's not that hard to implement compared to scouting a new circuit and location.

My top five would be:

Sebring

Mosport

VIR

COTA

Watkins Glenn
Seems I like American circuits...

Mine may seem like copies, but I've thought with these for a while:
Pikes Peak (dirt and asphault), CO
Bathurst, Australia
COTA, TX
Barber Motorsports Park, AL
Imola

Some tight karting courses if their going to stick with that/or some northeastern, US rally stages in a forest would be nice (rather than open deserts and snow-covered wastelands)

Well I meant that polyphony can create another road like they did with eiger.

Potrero de los Funes Circuit is playable as an addon track for rfactor. Pretty fun, but the limited graphics engine means it's not too pretty.

That's why I would LOVE to see a high quality render of the circuit! Shame it's only semi-permanent, I really oughta visit it some time.
