Notes: I was a bit leery buying a 20 year old damaged Eldorado. Not only was it side swiped, it lacked the brand name NorthStar Engine. But at $460.00 and 126k miles I figured, why not? I am happy I took the plunge because this car gave me thrills on my drives at dusk up windy country roads. The thirsty 32 valve V8 was responsive and provided ample power rocketing the coupe to highway speeds in seconds. While the body damage kept most buyers away, it gave me the opportunity to have fun with the car much longer than I usually get with others. A young man finally bought the car from me to fix up with his dad. While I was sad to see it go, I was relieved to turn a healthy profit.
Asking: $1450
Sold for: $1000
Profit: $400
