I haven't noticed that. I do notice though, that at night, the taillights on rig trailers aren't visible until you're close to them.
Also, Ubermacht Sentinel NPC drivers are asshats. Seriously!

It's for 360. I'm also not 100% sure if this happens offline, as I'm trying to make as much use out of my remaining week of Live that I can.
