Anyone know how or where to install these things?

They are pads that isolate the radiator from the core support.

Without having any idea of what you are working on... There are probably a pair of metal brackets top and bottom that clamp the radiator in place; those likely sit inside those brackets and everything gets clamped back together.

Two of them go in the trough shaped thing that goes under the radiator, two of them go into the top flat thing that goes across the radiator and the support beam in front of it with the hood latch. They are probably called upper and lower radiator supports ;) The straight rubber peg sits in a small hole, and the cone shaped peg gets pulled through the other hole so that it kind of snaps into place. If that's not good enough information I could probably go take a picture or something.

yea that's about right upper and lower where it actaully sits in the core, but is seems these are the same in all GM f body's and GM's with small block v8's non heavy duty
