I'm 40 years old, I love classic iron and I approve of this custom.

I think this was tastefully done. Would drive.

Why not. Its a Lincoln Conti. It's not going to become a pro touring car (yes, I know Dax Shephard has his bat shit crazy one, but thats the anomaly). For a low rider/cruiser, seems well done. Not the rims I'd choose, but hey, to each their own.

Purchase, un-lower, find more tasteful wheels—love it. Fixed.

Personally, I kinda like loud paint on some cars, so I'd leave the orange.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of orange, but I don't think I'm not sold on an orange Lincoln. Definitely orange for a 914, Challenger, Boss 302, 2002, or M1... and Sagaris of course.

Guy did it mostly him self besides the engine work. Lots of metal fabrication needed did the whole trunk lid himself/His business. The hood is like that because of the engine.
The bags are down in the picture.
Those wheels fit those big old wheel wells pretty well and probably help that big ol boat get around a little better.
It is Oppo orange on top of that so you must love it.
It is a very well done job except it looks like it still has the drums, maybe they are covers that is not stated.

and here for more context.

1964 Continental-Lowrider.

Alright, after actually reading the article, I like it a little more and have a better respect for it. It was saved from rusting away and the time spent and hard work is visually evident. Personally, I'd rather have this, but I'll give this orange one an OK

Even with the orange, it has so much potential to be the classiest thing on the road....but those fucking wheels. Whitewalls on Contis. Please.
