I oddly have shop manuals for cars I don't own (VW beetle/Ghia and Porsche 914) to go with the ones for the cars i do own (VW type 2 and Mitsubishi Galant)

I still have the manual for my old 99' Outback. It's one of those things that you may not need right now, but who knows if you'll need it in the future. I saw this the other day though, and I want it:

I have both a Hayne's and a Chilton's for every vehicle I've owned. Including one for the Millenium Falcon, I'll let you speculate on that one...

True, only makes sense. And with having the Type 1 manual to go w/ the type 2 it is somewhat helpful on some accounts. Especially since the PO on the bus was a moron

Fun fact: I walked into Advance Auto Parts one day to get some cleaning supplies and they randomly had a C4 Corvette Haynes manual lying around. So I picked it up! It was among other older cars, mostly cruddy GM cars from the 90s.

I see those manuals whenever I go in there for something, and they're so darn tempting!
