I'm not a truck or van guy, but that is damn cool. I presume it's a British Ford, yes?

Yes, but it also sooooo much more than that. It's actually a British Ford Mk I Transit shell on a GT40 (Yes, that GT40) chassis.

The Supervan 2 is also rather cool, not as good looking as the original one, but cool nonetheless,

It is. But as I stated on the Van AOTD, all other Supervans are simply echoes of the first. Was it a repurposed GT40 chassis? No? LAME!

=)

ETA: yes, I know it was based on a Ford Group C chassis and had a Cossie heart. Still not GT40 cool. =)

Oh I wouldn't call it LAME really, It WAS built on a Ford C100 chassis :)

But the first one is, was and will always be the coolest, not just because it's built on a GT40 chassis, but because the Mk1 Transit is one of the prettiest vans ever made :)

Agreed, especially on the point of the Mk1 being one of the finest examples of a van ever produced from an aesthetic point of view.
