I nominate the velour seats in the first gen Chrysler Fifth Avenue .
Just look at them... Edit: So uh, how do you fix the dreaded kinja-ing?

I kid you not, some of the very limited padding seats designed for racing are surprisingly comfortable! Also, some have the memory foam, oh my

Toyota Cressida for me!

I don't know if they are the most comfortable seats out of any car ever, but the S60R I drove was fan-fucking-tastic in the comfort department. I believe clarkson said they are made out of "dale winton"

My Volvo S80's seats.

When I used to rent cars every week for work, I found the Buick seats were very comfortable. Especially on 5-6 hour trips across the state.

The best I've sat in for any longer duration at least. My mom's '98 4.0 Limted looks pretty much identical to this one.

I'll agree with you on that. My dad had a 5th Ave, and it really felt like driving around on a sofa. Very hard for me to stay awake on long trips in that car.

Early 80's Buick Park Ave.
Grandpa had one, it was given to my Stepdad when he passed, and I drove it around when I was 16.
Edit: Found the actual seats, but his were grey

Re Kinja: You don't. You don't fix it. That's how you fix it.

Hmmm.. I'll nominate the seats in the Citroën CX. Sitting in the CX feels like sitting on a VERY nice couch.. no scratch that, it feels like sitting in a VERY nice reclining armchair, a Stressless or something. That could be because of the suspension, but..

S550. The best, or nothing.

9000 Aero
Recaro seats
might not be the comfiest seats but they are comfy and hold you very well

Most comfy seats ever put in a car, you say?

Oh man. YES

I sat in one at a dealership and the back seats were the most uncomfortable I had ever sat in in my life. Can't say anything about the front. Maybe I'm weird.

My mom's 2001 S60 2.4T. After the leather seats are broken in, they are not only cool to the touch, they are soft, supple and supporting.
And dat lumbar support!
And doze whips-protecting headrests.
Any Volvo seat is the best seat out there. Even better than Recaro.
Couldn't take a pic of her seats, so got one from google.
Oh, and did I forget to mention the amazing rear legroom and head clearance?

E30 325i recaros. I could take 5 hour trips and never have to shift position once.

My s70 is a damn comfy ride. The seats are heated which makes my $50 03 alero that much harder to drive on a daily basis.
