Honestly one of the main reasons I stay away from Apple products is all the damned hype. Here's an example, taken from the morning news (some license taken - it was early and I don't remember the exact words):
In technology news - New iPads, Androids and Windows Tablets. Everything you need to know! [cut to stock photography of an iPad, a Samsung Galaxy Tab and a Surface]
