I love 2002s. I haven't bought one because I'm not sure which direction I would take it. It would either by restored with period race upgrades or I would build it up to be a street rod/autocross car with an F20c or something in it.
Unfortunately I can't say much about the project other than that as I disagree with fundamental concept of stancing.

"Stop liking what I don't like!!!"
- Every reply to this.
Personally I love it, do you man. It's your car. Either have it rot away somewhere or bring it back to life.

I have to say, i have never been a fan of anything "stanced" or "slammed" or whatever. I just thought it was interesting to see a classic being stripped out and ready to be restored properly (lots of pictures). Its not my car, but if this person is willing to put the time and effort in to restoring it, rather than it rusting away in a scrapyard, then i think its good a good thing.

I guess the difference is that a ruined car is a ruined car to me. Whether it's rust or fixing someone's "stance" project, it's all damage to be repaired. I give this guy credit for going a route of spending money to do the build to maintain some basic functionality by using a high quality air ride system, but the reasons he's doing it are still counter to anything that would qualify as an upgrade or restoration.

Im not a stanced car man,
but i find it interesting how everything goes together/ comes apart in an old car
First time i read it i didn't realise it was a stance build, as i found the pictures of all the parts so interesting.
I was also kind of disappointed with all the anti-stance stuff. i know thats not what oppo is about and people have strong feelings about that, but this is a collection of pictures of a classic car not a discussion on stance- end of rant
Do you own an e30 "e30joe"
if so id be interested to read your build thread if you have one
cheers =)
