I still can't do too much until the paints get here, so I got bored and did a dry fit of the body pieces. There are some gaps, but I'm sure those will be remedied by cement/screws. Also, not pictured is the foil tape applied to the engine-bay section of the under-tray. Ounds-say ike-lay ig-Pay atin-Lay.

Williams FW14B?
Also, when it's assembled, do the parts like the steering wheel and suspension work?

The airbox, starting from the bottom of the most forward piece straight back, and parts of the two white nose elements need to be Camel yellow. Also, the monocoque, the rear wing uprights and the remaining parts of the nose pieces need to be brilliant blue.
I also need semi-gloss black for the interior of the white body shell and monocoque and gold leaf for the suspension elements.
I think those four colors are pretty much the baseline paint investment if you want a reasonably accurate result.

Yup, it's an FW14B.
The steering will work when assembled, but due to the nature of the suspension of the real car, there won't be any movement for the model.
The two other 1:12 scale '90s F1 cars from Tamiya (McLaren MP4-4, Ferrari 643) have articulated suspension elements, though.

Ha, I didn't even think of that issue with the William's specific suspension.

Won't somebody think of the children... I mean, suspension?!
