It takes some patience, but if you can force yourself through a few games, it becomes pretty easy.
it does help if you have rudimentary knowledge of the plays and calls, or Wikipedia.

Unless the Titans are playing, I generally keep it on the Red Zone mix. Saves me the effort of trying to switch all over the place. Plus, no commercials. Ever.

I'm patient. No, not like you think.
I wait until the game has aired, then the next day i download it from the pirate bay. That way when i watch it on my computer I can skip every single second where they aren't actually playing. Games take like 45 minutes when you skip from snap to snap to snap. Cut out all that time of them lining up and stuff.
You have to have a patient side to reward your impatient side. Honestly its pretty much the only way i can stand to watch sports these days.

That's a good way to do it and I'd probably do it too if it weren't for the fact everyone in my family and friends both always text about the games and such right after they end... and the whole fantasy football aspect and such

I don't know how people do it. I like going to the games, but on TV I feel like I just watch four hours of dead time and Bud Light commercials
