Parked in front of oncoming traffic (the door), both hands off the wheel texting?

My niece had that same pink Little Tikes car. It actually came with a toy flip phone that was held in a dash pocket.

Or pre-writting shapes at the very least.

I have a feeling that they ditched the phone, and all have ignition switches in that spot now.

Definitely. How could she fill out the paperwork if she gets into an accident she can't draw shapes? I mean, she could bump into mom and stub her toe, or spill her drink and then you have hazardous road conditions. I don't think pre-preschoolers can deal with that kind of responsibility.
