CURSE YOU! This is a tough one, since I like all three.
DD: Camaro
Track: Talon
Burn: Stealth
I'm so sorry, Stealth. I adore you and your Japanese sister, but I just can't deal with your mechanical headaches as a DD and the huge aftermarket support that still exists for the Talon/Laser/Eclipse makes that a better choice for track duty.

Stealth = Daily
Talon = Track(I could swap the Stealth here too, but I went w/ the Talon for handling)
Camaro = Burn, bury the ashes, salt the Earth where it's buried.

I think I'm with Mazarin's choices (although my choice doesn't come with the same disdain for the Camaro that he has).

Daily Driver: Stealth. Sorry, but it's just too cool of a car to get rid of.
Track: Eagle Talon. Between the huge aftermarket, good stock handling, and comparative low weight, these things are absolute monsters when track-prepped.
Burn: Mulletmobile. Burn that abomination to cinders.

So... You want me to choose between a 3rd gen Camaro and two of the most unreliable and rust-prone AWD DSM sports cars ever? I want to burn both the "Dodge" and the "Eagle" because both those cars should be Mitsubishi-badged and you know it. The 3rd gen Camaro was already on my wish list so I'll gladly take it... Under the pretense that I am allowed to modify it to my hearts content to become more fit for Track usage.
Still, if we say that the Eagle Talon TSi is a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX I'll track it and DD the Camaro. Sadly, I really much prefer the later facelift when it comes to the 3000GT/GTO so it'll have to burn.

DD: Talon, because less complicated than the Stealth.
Track: Camaro, because potential see picture. Especially if it's a hardtop, I will never buy a t-top F-body ever.
Burn: Stealth because not as good looking as the 3000GT. Dodge fans won't like it because it's Mitsubishi and import fans don't like it because it's got American badgering. Also, I heard those things are nightmares to work on if anything goes wrong.

Well I know it now. But back in the 90's when I was just a kid, these were the cars I saw on the roads. To me, they were the relics that stood for that time period.
