I think the Gullwing doors don't allow it to be a DD.
You also might have to increase your insurance for the risk of hitting people on the sidewalk (provided its not tall enough where you can't open the door).

DD because Gullwing doors

I'd feel bad saying I'd burn the Ferrari, it'll burn anyways.
I'll take the Audi. Don't need a separate track car, but if I have to I'll track the SLS.

gullwing doors typically use LESS space than conventional doors, btw. recall that the delorean only needs 12 in. on each side to open its doors.

Where I live parking sucks, specially when in the city center or at multistory parkings (because arquitects calculate room for the cars, but not the people coming in and out of those cars). So 12 in. is actually a commodity when parking. A normal door you could open until it touches the other car and squeeze out. I think with the gull wing door you might have issues trying to do so.

well now that you say that, the R8 looks like a better contender for daily driving in the city area.

Also, the R8 is the only one of those 3 with the possibility of coming with a manual. So yeah, I'm a Ferrari fan and that is why I would take the R8.

A manual is great, but then again, I believe the R8 has the smallest trunk of the 3. its almost as if none of the 3 are perfect lol.
