On one hand, the mods are all cosmetic. They don't improve the look of the car, but they don't make it ugly either.
On the other hand...no. You do not try to make your NSX look like one the greatest supercars of all time because - as awesome as it is - it will not live up to that. For god sakes, even the Veyron can't live up to that. Also...airbags on an NSX? Really?

i think it looks good but like you said, there is no real reason to mod a perfect NSX if not for racecar purposes

People like this are why I had to settle for a (used) 135 when I could have had an NSX for the same money a few years ago.

Wrong...
Those airbags, are most likely an 'Air Cup Kit'.
Giving you the ability to have a nice low car on normal coilover style suspension, and the ability to get over speed bumps when needed.

Actually, it only required reading the youtube description to determine that the car does not have airbags....
"The airlift system ( Variable Ride Height ) is from Umbrella Auto Design the car does not have air bags."
