...when GM they said they'd fight Tesla? !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , with the only real world contact being to sign the papers when it's delivered?
I mean, yes, they're still going through dealers for law compliance, so it's more of a digital showroom than Tesla's method. I wonder what percentage of sales will move online.

Without looking too closely at this, I support this concept. My last new car purchase was done 75% online. We agreed to a price with only email contact, then I went to the dealership to sign the documents. Had a little hassle with the 'underbody coating' suit in the back, but I had expected that, and so it was relatively painless.

I support this as well, though I will probably lose a few clients because of it. Which is fine most of my customers tend toward lightly pre-owned and luxury cars.
