The first of two new roundabouts is finally open on my commute to/from work. Drove through it for the first time in the Camry. In the wet. With worn shit tires. W00T.

There are about 30 roundabouts where I live, I drive through 4 each way on my commute. Radius wise, I'm not sure how large they are, but they are all at least 2-lanes wide throughout and on entry/exit. Don't be an ass hole. Learn how to properly use them (and signal). That's all I can say. Bombing through them going 60kmh+ at 2am is one thing (kind of), but don't be a fuckup that does it at 5pm.

Most of the ones near me are two lanes, but still pretty tight. The ones they are putting in are one lane (FAIL) and yes, I know how to use them even though no one else does. The "ROAD CLOSED" signs were still up so not many people are using it at the moment. At least sight lines are good at that one, so when I bombed through it last night there was no traffic to contend with.
