At first I raged, then I read it backwards. Then I had a happy. I'm 24 and just started my first "career" job after college and co-op experience through college so I relate very strongly to this. My boss always wonders why I don't stay 10-12 hours a day at work and says I should expect it to be the norm. I laugh and tell him my "lazy" generation figures out a faster way to get it done so we can leave because we actually have a life and family and friends. And don't even get me started on what he has to say about my cars :P FWIW, his cars are a new toyota highlander and an automatic 4 cylinder 2009 accord sedan that he says is "pretty damn fast"

Although hearing all these stories about people putting in 12+ hours a day at work is disgusting. 1) because they think it will help them 2) It won't because there is no such thing as rewarding loyalty anymore and 3) if you really need 60 hours a week to do a 40 hour job then it means you are either doing too much or aren't fir for that job.

He's given me a some English teacher info on occasion. I'm thinking he's an English teacher who also helps people buy cars.

Hope there is, that presume to foolish it is, that evident- what the hell is going on here?! I kid, this is actually amazing, I just sent this to my mom who's a middle school teacher, I'm sure the faculty would love to share it with their students as Automatch mentioned.

Since he is an English teacher, I am always afraid to comment on his posts because I am sure my grammar skills are horrific.

My grammar sucks too, comment away. And I hate my colleagues who correct people's grammar when unsolicited. :)

Man, I wish I had an English teacher who was a jalop. I bet I would have done a lot better in class.

I can already picture an automotive themed Romeo and Juliet...
