I just started following 76 people in the last two hours. If it wasn't for the people returning the favor and following me back, I probably wouldn't have noticed until my account started sending some spam.
Hopefully I caught it in time.
PING BONG BONG... BONG... PING... my phone was lighting UP!

I just noticed. By following me you will not find spam nor will you find that I tweet regularly. I haven't had much time to write in my blog lately (twitter was used mainly as a blog marketer) and I just don't feel that my voice is loud enough to warrant tweeting about random stuff. I do like to linger though and I will post from time to time.

Spammers are getting clever.
They hack your account, and send a PM to your followers (that you also follow). That way, you might not notice for a while, while the recipients of your messages click on the "work from home" website.
I believe by following all the people that follow me, this was step one in McMike spamtime. Step two would be hitting everyone with a PM.
