Right now I should be in Boston screaming the lyrics to Starfuckers, Inc with 13,000 like-minded psychos. Instead I'm at home consoling myself with a tube of Pringles. (Personal frustrations below)

I bought my ticket months ago and was absurdly excited. I've been a fan since I was in middle school, [redacted] years ago. All was well until last month when I got two calls. One was from TAG asking if I wanted to co-drive for Tracey next weekend, the other was from one of the ten biggest, fastest rally teams in the country, inviting me to the Pacific Northwest the day after the rally for a special session I can't give the details of yet. Unfortunately between the money I'm losing from missing two weeks of work and having to pay for part of my flight between Michigan and Oregon (plus !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) I didn't have the scratch to travel to Boston for the concert. I posted my ticket on craigslist, had a half dozen people contact me about it but no buyers, so I'm still out the $100 I paid for the ticket, and I don't get to giddily yell myself hoarse tonight.

Mmmmmm... Pringles...

That is unfortunate. I feel you, I won't be able to see them on this tour. I've seen them with my sister every time they've toured since the Fragile tour. The farewell tour was very disappointing when they had Janes Addiction headline, I don't understand how Janes Addiction thought they could follow Reznor at all.

Oh hell. I really hope not either. I'll scream louder for you when I see them next month. I wish I could tell you that they were terrible live. But... I just hope that they come back through soon.

I truly feel for you. That's terrible. I hope you kick ass on your rally adventures and make this just a small road bump on your ultimate path to success.

Thanks, bud. I know I made the right call and in a week it'll be worth it, it just sucks being an adult and having to make responsible decisions sometimes
