I frequently have the thought: "Worst snow storm of the year? Time to go driving!"
Only backfired twice. Once was when the interstate was blocked off for about an hour and I had to pee like you wouldn't believe. I finally just got out of the car, and stood by my headlights where I wouldn't be visible.
The second time was when I realized that A) Snow fills in ditches on desert roads and B) one of the other few people who use my truck decided to remove that box of emergency and recovery supplies that I keep in the bed.
